JollyPH is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by JollyPH may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
JollyPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. JollyPH may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits to your JollyPH account are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your JollyPH balance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. JollyPH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
